Comodo ma spoglio

Posizione centralissima , nella città vecchia a due passi da Porta Napoli appartamento molto grande un pò spoglio, letto ottimo soggiorno da rivedere anche se la radio d'epoca è davvero bella (ma non funziona) il divano è piuttosto scomodo cucina ben attrezzata e bagno ampio e funzionale (anche se lo sciacquone da rivedere) merendine confezionate per la colazione e macchina caffè buona a capsule succhi di frutta per il mattino , rapporto qualità prezzo buono I sig. Attilio cortesissimo e disponibile

Excellente adresse

Très agréable et trop court séjour dans ce B&B. Très bien situé dans un quartier calme du centre historique (à proximité de la Porte de Napoli). Studio confortable et très bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux et gentillessse du propriétaire qui prend le temps de donner quelques infos sur la ville de Lecce.

La posizione è ottima, offerto pass per il parcheggio della macchina, la camera è molto grande...unico neo il bagno minuscolo. E' un vero peccato perchè a causa di ciò più di un paio di giorni di permanenza diventano problematici. Per il resto nulla da eccepire.

Tutto un pò approssimativo

Più che di una stanza si tratta di un appartamento con ingresso salottino, camera da letto, cucina e bagno. Il mobilio è nuovo, il bagno è carino, ma mancano alcune cose basilari (tovagliolini o un semplice straccio per asciugarsi le mani). La colazione è scadentissima(prodotti da discount) oltre che scarsa. E' assurdo che il check out sia alle 10. Tutto in fretta di domenica mattina per lasciare la stranza (in genere in altre strutture si lascia alle 12). Come organizzazione e gestione: mediocre; come struttura: carina.

Spacious and Comfortable B&B, several inconviences

This bed and breakfast was spacious and comfortable though there were a few glaring problems. First, the owners were not there when we showed up, and we had to find someone with a cell to call them to come. Also, the hot water in the shower worked one day and then stopped the next two days. There is no wireless, except for occasional wifi that can be picked up from neighbors. Nevertheless, it's a good price for the location which is in the heart of Lecce and close to some nice enoteca and bars. The owners were friendly and offered a ride to the train station, but were unsympathetic to the shower problem.

Vivamente sconsigliato

Si tratta di un mini-appartamento al piano terra, senza finestre e senza ricambio d'aria. L'unica apertura verso l'esterno è costituita dalla porta-finestra dalla quale si entra. In bagno c'è una grata, ma è quasi totalmente coperta dalla calce della facciata; sono presenti macchie di umidità. In corridoio ed in bagno ci sono dei ribassamenti, quindi è da evitare per persone di altezza superiore a m 1,70. Come "colazione a buffet" abbiamo trovato un cestino con delle brioches confezionate (marca sconosciuta), una confezione di latte ed una d'orzo. Abbiamo chiesto che ci venisse sostituito un telo doccia, perchè sporco (non era solo macchiato...)

Tolle Lage mitten in Lecces barocker Altstadt. Kostenloser reservierter Parkplatz. Englisch-sprachiges zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr sauber, 2 mal wöchentlich Wäschewechel und Reinigung. Komplette Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank, Küche, Geschirr und Klimaanlage. Frühstück auf dem "erwarteten, typisch italienischen Niveau" ;-)

Du bor på en parkeringsplats

Denna lägenhet med 2 sovrum och kök samt toalett och dusch befinner sig i markplan. Precis utanför parkerar bilar och ibland kommer man knappt ut genom dörren för att det är någon som parkerat utanför. Vi använde bara det ena sovrummet och det var snyggt och rent. De övriga utrymmena saknade fönster. Finns ingen möjlighet att ha den glasade dörren öppen eftersom den vetter ut mot en trafikerad parkeringsplats. Den yttre jalusidörren måste också vara stängd eftersom det går folk hela natten precis utanför.
