"Would avoid. Issue with bathroom sink meant it was unusable for whole 3 night stay and bathroom smelt damp. Despite immediately flagging nobody turned up to take a look until 10 minutes before we were due to check out. Less of an issue, but if you pay a supplement for kids to stay, the very least you expect is that the kitchen is equipped for 4 people not 2. "

"Great stay here, very close to Louisa metro station. Super comfy bed, good amenities and decent shower. It’s not the most modern or well looked after room but it did the job! The staff were super friendly and when we arrived at 10.45am we could check in, result! It was super easy to jump on the metro to go more central so definitely worth the slightly cheaper price tag as it’s just slightly further out. "

"Great place for access to the parts of historic Brussels. If you like to have an end of the day or evening cocktail or light bite in a hotel restaurant or bar. Don’t go on Sunday or Monday; they’re closed. However a couple of doors down is a place called Pop Up Sablon. It was a great place with nice owner and employees. Stayed open late. "
