"Breakfast was okay. Limited space but kept refilled as needed. Pool AND hot tub closed. We were NOT notified before check in. All other options with pools were booked for the nights we were scheduled to stay. Very frustrated ONLY because we used ema third party we were not informed. "
"Chose this hotel for the 3 queen bed room, which is ideal for our 5 member family, and because it has a pool for the kids. We didn’t know the pool was closed before arriving, or I would have chosen a different place to stay. This hotel has had a renovation and looks nice, I wouldn’t have chosen a super 8 otherwise. It’s fairly clean if you don’t look too close, like it hasn’t had a good deep cleaning since the renovations.
The kids liked the small breakfast offerings. We decided to leave a day early because of the pool being closed."
"This place is a dump. Plugs didn't work, bathroom was filthy, the A/C only cools one room but has 2 other non-operational thermostats. The inroom coffee did work in the coffee pot. 2003 TVs...just drive to St. Charles and avoid this dump."
"Room was dingy and stained. Sheets, covers, blankets were stained. Extra pillows in closet pillowcases had not been changed and were dirty. Clothes rail fell off closet when hanging clothes. Grounds were covered in litter, bottles and discarded beer cans. Did not see one staff member after check in, room was not cleaned nor offered to be cleaned upon check-in. Absolutely will not stay again."
