Great staff, good location but can be noisy late into the night and early morning due to the surrounding venues, which affects your ability to sleep. Soundproofing could be better. When it’s full service can be slow, we waited 45mins for our breakfast order which was not a great experience, although the food itself was great.

Perfect stay, especially for the price. I believe we got a good Sunday deal! Extremely good location, near everything you want in Leeds and extremely comfortable room and bed. Aircon worked well, room was quiet and the amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious! We also ate there in the evening and it was also great (if a bit expensive). There was an alarm on at 10:30 on Monday which I wish they had reminded us of instead of just having a sign at reception. Also the Q park is next door but quite expensice. Don't forget to pre-book and use the Malmaison discount as it helps a bit. Despite that, this will definitely be my go to when I go back to Leeds!
