"Room had previous occupiers smashed phone cover on floor. Otherwise room was clean. Breakfast was empty no plates no cups no glasses no bread and only hash browns nothing else was ready no organisation and obviously not enough staff. You know how many guests you have!!!!"

"Perfect for a cheap, central and comfortable one night stay. The room was big enough for one person for a night. The bed was comfortable, and black out curtains did the job well. I would stay again for a business trip. My only negative was arriving and asking for dinner at 20.10 to be told they only had one chef and he was too busy to make any more food. "

"Excellent location. Staff very friendly. Hotel rooms were great. The main big problem though was the sheer amount of noise when i stayed the Friday and Saturday night as the hotel has a very busy 1,2 bars/ pubs right behind the hotel and they go on until early hours of the morning so with all that and the hotel itself having big conference facilities it made it impossible to sleep without ear plugs. The main window in the room did not shut properly either and the bath plug was not working. So yeah overall very good but the noise is a big big problem i would say. I might stay again but i also might not as the high levels of noise makes you think twice."
