So wünscht man sich einen Hotelaufenthalt. Vom Betreten an strahlt dem Gast Kompetenz, Freundlichkeit und Freude am Service entgegen. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts wurden wir von dem proaktiven Entgegenkommen des Personals begleitet. ein wunderbares Erlebnis.

Ein Hotel, wie man es sich wünscht. Die Bedürfnisse der Reisenden stehen im Vordergrund. Die Zimmer und die öffentlichen Bereiche sind sehr geschmackvoll, modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Es gibt nichts, das zu kritisieren wäre.

Die Lage hat mir gut gefallen. Mir persönlich wäre ein günstigerer Übernachtungspreis ohne kostenlose Kaffee/Kuchenbuffet 15 bis 17Uhr und ohne Minibar lieber, da wir dieses gar nicht nutzen konnten. Dann würde ich wiederkommen.

This hotel is good however it is priced pretty high and the room will only cool down somewhat. The parking lot was full on Saturday night so we had to park in the alternate lot which was a little further. We did appreciate that before the end of breakfast, staff visited each table to let you know they would be taking down the breakfast buffet.

Einfach klasse!!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, jeder grüßte die Gäste egal in welchem Bereich sie tätig sind. Die Zimmer sehr sauber (keine runden Ecken). Das Frühstück war ausnahmslos gut mit frischen Brötchen, keine Aufbackware. Die Minibar im Zimmer ist kostenlos, und es gab eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses in Form von Lindt Pralinen. Desweiteren wird von 15 bis 17 Uhr Kaffee und Kuchen serviert, ebenfalls kostenlos, sowie die Parkplätze am Hotel. Kommen wir wieder Nach Leer, kommen wir wieder ins Hafenspeicher. Es war wirklich toll. Danke an das gesamte Team
