"Sink in the bathroom drained slow = water backed up. Refrigerator didn't work. Construction and painting in the room was poorly done with paint on the light fixtures, and bathroom fan needs cleaning = filled with dust. Coffee is instant, but the drip coffee in the room was good. I travel with my own food."

"The location is beautiful, but remember - it's 15-20 minutes from the city. So, if you need anything, it's not quick to get. It was too cold to use the pool, but we used the hot tub. We paid extra for the room with the "deluxe view" and we got ... the view to the pool! :( If you are tall enough (which I'm not) you probably would see the lake, but I didn't. The ice machine in the building didn't work for all three days that we were here. The fridge didn't work in the room when we came, but they moved us to the next room very quickly. I'd say $20 for breakfast buffet is a little bit pricey, but the buffet is great! All the staff is very nice and friendly. The entire resort is beautiful and they are pet friendly!"

"Old looking, tv didn't work, no hair dryer, no microwave, fridge noisy, took awhile to get hot water. Parking spot taken every evening. Had to find another place to park. Couldn't check in an hour early. Had to find something to do for an hour."

"Great hotel. They are in the process of moving from a Radisson property (Country Inn and Suites) to a Fairfield so there were a few areas under construction. Our room was clean and had recently been updated. Very comfortable and in a convenient location"

"The facilities have had a recent make over. Everything was clean and modern. The location is great after time on the river to get fed at the restaurant, (gret food), cleaned up, and rested before driving home. I will definitely stay here again!!"
