"Everything was amazing, even down to when I fell off the motorized scooters ( which are super dangerous and should come with multiple warning labels) . Staff was helpful. As a RN I was able to nurse my abrasions but highly recommend moving them away from drinking areas. "

"Room has partial beach view and it was excellent Staff - excellent customer service all around Big thank you to manager Ms. Maria at the reception. She was incredibly professional & understanding! Pool - should have toilets situated for guests around the pool Elevators were slow at peak times and at times only 1 worked out of the 2. Food at the buffet had a great selection and customer service. A la carte restaurants need some upgrading but PR manager was excellent in checking in with us & taking feedback. "
