Very convenient for the town centre, apartment fairly basic but with everything you need. Cleaning lady very helpful. But no hot water in shower.

A low budget appartement. You will get a full equip small appartement for a very low price in November. Very good location, everything at walking distance… little bit old fashion appartement, but everything works good. Excellent for a couple looking to reduce their budget of travel.

Quaint but needs work

The apartment served its purpose but all the bathrooms had leaks of some sort. The downstairs bathroom toilet leaked. The small bathroom sink leaked. So that caused a bit of inconvenience. But the area is beautiful! Very close to marina and a great selection of restaurants!!

Let down by maintenance issues 1) room lock very poor took 5x light switch to eventually open the door 2) fan over bathroom needed oiling - squeaking thru the night 3) instructions need bringing up to date

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung und sehr zentrumsnah. Alles ob Restaurants, Hafen, Banken, Einkauf ect… sind sehr gut fussläufig zu erreichen.

Nice apartment, good price

We have stayed before and it was just as good this time. Nice little touches to make it homely and lovely shower with loads of hot water. No reception so just a code for the apartment door - doesn't open the door but a box with the key, which we forgot but was sorted straight away. Great air con, good wifi, right in the centre of Lefkada town at a great price. We love it and will stay again.

Bon emplacement en centre-ville, près du port.

Le studio est propre, à l'exception des plaques du four. Il manque quelques éléments de cuisine : un plat pour le four, une cocotte en fonte ou faitout Tefal, tire bouchon-ouvre-boites, petites cuillères.

Better care needed

The apartment was pretty fine, but neglected. There was no light in the staircase/ corridor, we nearly fell a couple of times. Internet connection was so poor we couldn't connect at all. The owner share their home internet with the apartment, which would be fine as long as they would put an extra antenna to provide good signal. The apartment is central and you can find parking easily in the area (winter time).

Staying in a Greek Ruin

Leaking ceiling in lounge area when upstairs aircon running. No response from emergency contact. Water not drinkable buy your own. Junk piled up under stairs in apartment. Nothing like the site photos.

Posizione fantastica , praticamente a 100 metri dal centro storico ma con possibilità di parcheggio. Camera da letto carina e confortevole. Angolo cottura senza fornello senza microonde senza bollitore e quindi con l'impossibilità non solo di cucinare ma anche di scaldare qualcosa o farse te o caffè. Per noi che siamo stati solo due notti, no problem perché sotto casa c'era un ottimo forno bar con dolci fantastici. La doccia funziona poco e male.

Simple et propre/ syst récup de clé compliqué

Si vous aimez les EscapeRooms... cette chambre est pour vous, récuperer la clé enfermée dans une box sur la porte si vous etes presbyte pas agile de vos doigts et ne comprenez pas qu'il faut appuyer sur 2 boutons en meme temps vous prendra une 1/2 heure !!! Lol c'est là qu'on aimerait un accueil ou une personne physique ! Il faudrait que ce soit indiqué sur le site... Apres chambre studio ok : simple et propre avec bon wi fi et une position centrale en ville sans trop de bruits !

very good place!

I didnt find anyone of the staff but i didnt need them. the key was on the door everything else inside the room. nice balcony but at the bathroom they should do something to get rid of the humidity.

Had a great stay there one drawback was hot water stuffed up rang apartments who moved us to another room they were very accommodating and apologetic for problem 2room apartment was excellent studio room good also Would recommend Levkada central apartment highly!!!!!

I had to contact the owner 72hrs prior to my stay to get the address. When I called him, he was reluctant to give me the address. He gave it when I explained it would be evening when I arrived. The owner is not onsite. There is no reception. The front door is kept open. I was told the key was in the door of my allocated unit, which it was. As was the key in another unit. During the night, the electricity went off. All internet connection was lost, not just the free unit internet. There was no access to any providers including my SIM card provider. As a woman solo traveller, I felt isolated from any communication with anyone. My concern was based on the fact that the open front door and keys left in locks of open units means anybody can have ready access to unit keys. I put a chair and coffee table in front of the door and locked the two balcony doors. I slept okay from sheer tiredness. The internet was restored when I woke early morning. The owner of the units told me he has five unit buildings in Lefkada. This unit is not in a nice area. The bus terminal and marina are about a 15 min walk. There are no pleasant cafes close by. There's a small supermarket nearby. The kitchen has very minimal equipment. The shower has a top, middle and lower rain type outlets plus hand held. It would have been great if I knew how to work them. This unit isn't safe for women - probably anyone.

vi hadde fire netter her. Nøkkelen stod i døra når vi kom, så vi så ingenting til utleier eller hørte noe fra de. Standarden er enkel, men man har alt man trenger. Ligger veldig sentralt i forhold til byen, men et stykke til stranden (Tror vi gikk en halvtime)

Nous sommes arrivés en soirée et le personnel avait pris le soin de laisserla clé dans la serrure dea porte de notre chambre! Chambre tout équipée et bien située. À distance de marche de la marina et de la station de bus. Nous avons apprécié.

Good Value

Close to town centre. Modest accomodation that is good value for money. Check in was done over the phone. Only one warning if you have heavy luggage you will have to carry it up the stairs. We rebooked a room for a few more days so that should tell you something.
