The staff was real nice and professional. The morning breakfast was really good. The area of location was friendly and convenient for other shops and restaurants. If i stay in legazpi again it will definitely be this location.

Very close to my relatives in legazpi city. The property is very convenient to church,groceries,and to travel to legazpi proper and Daraga area. It would be much better if there is a power point outlet on the bathroom,saves you from buying an extension cord

Centrally located great hotel

Our stay at Emerald Boutique Hotel was good! I'll break it down: Pros: Centrally located, nice staff, easy check-in, clean hotel, clean rooms, hot water, breakfast was included, outdoor patio w/ patio furniture, and we liked that there was an airport shuttle add-on. Cons: Small rooms, breakfast was an additional fee on top of the fee implimented for any additional occupants, we requested airport shuttle for 4pm and received calls to our room at 4am, and if you need to leave luggage after check out (our flight was later in the day) we had to leave it in the hallway unsecured.

When we arrived, the hotel, staff greeted us with cucumber lemonade. It was perfect after our long, hot drive from Naga. Our rooms were clean, very well maintained. We had lunch, and the restaurant, and the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We were only staying for one night because we had to catch a very early flight out of Legazpi in the morning. When we came down to the lobby at 4 AM the night staff had already made us breakfast to take with us even though the restaurant wasnā€™t ready to open for another two hours! To be honest with you, our stay, however, brief, was probably the surprise of our vacation in the Philippines
