I had booked the room with EXPEDIA on 14th of May 2024 for 26th May 2024 till 28th May 2024. All Expedia bookings are managed by third party agency run by ALKA from SAMI INTERNATIONAL TOURISM. However, the booking was not informed to the property also the property denied for 2 nights and allowed us for only 1 night occupancy. I was provided a sub-standard room with veg dinner option only at a nearby hotel where staff behaved rudely with us as if we were the burden.
