Quirky from the outside but nice inside. Comfortable and clean. We were in a room next to the pub so we didn’t have any noise except from guests using the hot tub and they quieted about 930. From the loading bay in front of the property, it’s a step over the pavement to the bar, where there was a welcome and an efficient introduction to the building. Access is easy with a key fob. Black Castle is just one of the places to see in Leighlinbridge, so why not enjoy the other things to explore during your travels? Visit the spas and lively bars in this family-friendly area.
If travelling by public transfer, you’ll have a good 10 minute walk to the hotel. Ask any of the local people the directions and they are more than happy to help with directions. Lovely little town with beautiful scenery and lovely people.
