"This place is possibly the best we have stayed in. The customer service was second to none, every single member of staff, and there seemed to be quite a few, was extremely obliging and friendly. The court yard room was immaculate and had everything you needed. The Breakfast was the best we have had. We ate in the restaurant three nights and the food was great as was the choice on the menu. Bar had plenty of choices of drinks. Good area to explore with plenty of places nearby.
We would recommend this place and will definitely be returning, whoever recruits the staff knows what they are doing and there were all an asset to the business. Thanks again for a great stay."

"Check-in was very good by Harriet, Chelsea took us to our room and explained all amenities. I am in a wheelchair and found ramps to all areas and the lift very good. We stayed for 2 nights and I received some sweets as it was my birthday. The hotel has its own secure car park with rising bollards at the entrance. Check-out was wonderful, by Aidan and Chelsea. We will stay again."
