"Staff at check in late in evening was GREAT. Hotel looks "tired" understandably. Hot tub not working....Lovely picture of water features not operating. Rooms were a long walk. Water on shower tap was leaking...lining of curtains were torn/worn. Rooms were contemporary and clean. Breakfast was amazingly clean and fairly good selection. Not eggs or bacon."

"Staff didn't do anything about the problems with this hotel. The fridge didn't close was filled with ice. Then the first room no hot water. We told staff just change us rooms please. Pool that was supposed to be heated was not. Got a king suite for my honeymoon and wedding day and they barely have 5 channels on the TV. Don't think it was a king size bed either. Staff was rude, felt uncomfortable. Don't complain about anything or they make u feel not wanted. We stay at a lot of hotels and motels and this was the worst."

"I stayed in room 105 This isn't a stand-alone property, just some repurposed rooms at a Comfort Inn. I use the word repurposed rather than renovated because even though the room appeared to have been converted to a bargain studio recently, it's a slapdash affair right down to the partially blocked door which used to lead to a connecting room, this was "fixed" by painting it the same color as the wall -- door knob and all. The room itself was fine, comfortable bed, clean enough, but the bathroom was disgusting. This was supposed to be an accessible room with a roll-in shower. I did not need this amenity, which was fortunate because they had glued a 1.5" tall sill along the bottom edge using a couple tubes of caulk and zero skill or common sense. This mass of caulk is now cracked and moldy, as is the shower curtain that is at least 2' too long and pooled at my feet. Speaking of feet, I had to be careful where I stood as the shower base was squishy and unsupported near the drain, meaning the subfloor is wet and probably also one of the sources of the mildew smell. The shower head had also been "fixed" at some point, replacing the original collet that is designed to slide into the holder mounted to the wall with a large nut that does not fit into the wall mount, so the shower head flops around. The rod that is designed to let this shower head slide up and down was also "fixed" with electrical tape which has failed and left a black gooey mess on the rod. Not recommended."

"Our whole hallway smelled like marijuana smoke. I did let the front desk know, and they did offer to move us. However, it was pretty easy to tell where the smell was coming from, and I fell that if the policy is NO SMOKING in the rooms, then they should be told to smoke outside. I have a child with severe asthma and a missing lung. They should be made to quit smoking INSIDE, instead of my family of 5 having to pack up and move. Otherwise, we got what we paid for."
