"Rooms are great. The only thing I don’t like there is the bathroom. The toilets are the smallest available and for older people or someone with knee or hip issues it hurts to sit down on. They said all the rooms have the child size toilets. "

"I booked this place because of the cleanliness ratings. VERY INACCURATE. Upon arrival, I noticed a strong urine odor. I also almost slipped on a slick substance in the bathroom. I tried to clean the toilet a bit, but the smell persisted. Eventually, I asked to be moved to a new room because the smell was so overwhelming that I couldn’t sleep. The desk was unhelpful and indifferent. I was told there were no rooms left. There was no offer to send a cleaning crew or even inspect the room. I emphasized that the smell was terrible, and the front desk said, "Oh, I guess I'll have to make a note to management, that's all I can do to help you." This was said, but there was no attempt to get my name or room number, which made it very clear that no complaint would be filed. Eventually, I went back to my room after an unsuccessful attempt to relocate via the platform. After falling asleep, I woke up and noticed a weird substance on one of my pillows. I realized that the urine smell was coming from my sheets/bedding because they had not been changed or cleaned. Traumatizing. There was also hair everywhere, stains/spots, and food in the microwave. But URINE SCENTED SHEETS is the takeaway here."
