"The original room I had booked wasn't available, so I was given a replacement which turned out to be a fantastic apartment in a better place of the city. I'm very happy with the way this was dealt with and the quality of the replacement. "We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. "The property is very well located in terms of access to central Brussels. However, it lacks any form of functioning heating. Though we complained about this on the first day of our stay, no action was taken to rectify it. Additionally, there was mould in the bathroom as there was no way to open any windows.
