"Very nice hotel in a great location, Ylena was very attentive and welcoming. She always a phone call away if you need help after hours. Rooftop pool is a nice touch.

"Lovely stay with helpful staff. Our room was huge and had a sea view. It’s located right near the ramparts and you can stroll along the water or take a short walk into town. Breakfast and aperitivo on the terrace were well done. We parked on the street, just down from the hotel. Download the app- you can pay/add time from your phone, plus many other cities in Sicily use the same app which was convenient. "

"Overall good value for location and accommodation. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest...

"There’s an inviting photo of a hot tub at advertisement, was so looking forward to it, no where to be found. It’s an expensive space that feels cold & uncared for, nicks and black scruff marks in bedroom, empty walls. "We had a wonderful stay. The hotel made it easy to set up transfers from the airport, to the train station and to the nearby beautiful beach. The front desk was very attentivee to our needs, especially Giuseppe. It was great meeting Francesco and Pietro who made us feel welcome."

"A fantastic hotel! Great location on the sea front and a 5 minute walk into town. The hotel was lovely and clean, breakfast varied and comfortable beds, air con etc. Fab pool with jacuzzi and a great bar/cafe. The staff were outstanding - very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Isabelle and Daniella - they arranged some special trips for us and went over and above to make our stay so enjoyable. You can’t go wrong booking this hotel … & worth trying to get a room with a terrace!! Brilliant holiday "
