The pools were on the cool side, so the hot tub gets really crowded. Lots of deferred maintenance in need and repairs in common areas underway. Ate dinner 2 nights at the on property restaurant. The first night was good the second night the warm food wasn’t very warm. Not sure we would go back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during new years eve. Arcade, build-a-bear, candy art was our favorites for our 9 month old son. Omlt onw issue that we faced was high waiting time for restraunts. Overall, the experience was good. We will surely visit again.

My 7 yo had the time of his life. It’s expensive, and the most overstimulating place on earth, it’s loud all the time if your room is facing the lobby, but the staff was helpful and pleasant.
