The apartment was clean and an excellent location. The check in code became active at 4pm. I tried to call and text for an early check in, and there was no response and the call auto disconnected. We had trouble with the door each time we tried to get it to open. No response from the management It would take 4 or 5 attempts to get the door to open

Wonderful apartment with everything you need. Fantastic location. Would have been 5 star for everything but the sheet had not been changed on the bed. However it is very easy to get in touch with the host so this was sorted out quickly. There was a little bottle of washing up liquid with cloths sponge and a dishwasher tablet. Nice touch. Washing machine excellent and a little clothes rack to dry clothes. The keyless system worked perfectly. I would definitely stay at Gaia rooms again.

The AC didn’t work. This made the stay a bad experience in summer ( 35C / 95F ) - the room was constantly warmer than outdoors. The only communication method with the staff was texting. The staff never responded until we followed up. Remotely they wanted us to believe the AC was fine, even though it’s not our experience. The AC problem was never fixed throughout our 3 nights stay. After 2 days the staff started to ignore us. Since we only had one more night to stay, we decided to leave it as is so their future guests can experience the room as we did - hopefully they all think it’s awesome.

El apartamento está en pleno centro es un bajo está todo muy limpio y perfectamente equipado. La única pega que le pondría es que no entra mucha luz pero relación calidad precio está muy bien

El apartamiento muy bien. Solo dos puntos en contra: la ducha es abierta al baño (un baño húmedo o wet bathroom), con los inconvenientes que acompañan a mojar absolutamente todo al ducharse. Y el segundo es que la insonorización podría haber sido mejor, fuimos un día de semana pero me supongo que en fin de semana o con fiesta sería incómodo para dormir.

Centrico, moderno y con buen gusto

Mucho mejor de lo esperado.Me daba un poco de reparo, por los ruidos, a alojarme en un apartamento a nivel de calle, pero a pesar de ser fin de semana lo llevé genial. La cama muy buena y todo de calidad y con buen gusto. Repetiria. La comunicacion y el trato miy buenos.
