Nice clean property close to everything. Parking next to hotel in garage. Rooms large by European standards with nice amenities. Wi-Fi goes off after every use which is a bit annoying. Only little problem.

The property is in immaculate condition and the two staff I interacted with were exceptionally nice. The room was small and the bed was on the hard side but still a very nice break from my regular Camino accommodations.

Pleasant place in Leon
The location is very good for seeing things in Leon. The staff was very professional snd helpful. I arrived before checkin time, bit they gave me a room right away.

Decent hotel
Hotel is at walking distance to main tourist attractions and cafes restaurants. It is an old building and old hotel. For me it was fine for one night, but if you look fir luxury, maybe not the right place. Parking is extra fee (not free). Walls are thin so that you can hear your next room - You know what I mean :)

The air conditioning in room did not work and staff were not helpful...the room we were in had a column in front of the closet making access difficult. Overall our experience was only average. Location of the hotel is good, with an easy walk to the cathedral and the historic center.

Nice hotel in city center
Just convenient for walking tour of cathedral, access to central city. All amenities worked fine. Parking a plus.

Good value' Great location
This hotel is well situated and a 20 minite walk from the cathedral. It is spotless and the facilities are first class. We highly recommend it.

A very pleasant stay for one night on the way to Asturias, the staff were very helpful, ,the room was comfortable complete with a fridge stocked with water and soft drinks, good secure parking underground, only problem was no evening meal in the restaurant except on Friday and Saturday evenings. Would definitely stay again

Fair with comments.
Being used to air condotioned units, this one having no AC, no fan and no insect screen on the window, did not provide comfortable ambience. In addition, accross the street there is an apartment building with minimum twenty windows having good view of your room/bed. Room temperature was 24.3 to 24.8 Celsius. Outdoors was about 26 Celsius. Hotel location was better than five star. Easy access by car, three-minute walk to the cathedral and old town. Since you pay for the garage on the spot I'd expect front desk to provide info about curb side free parking around the hotel which was plenty. On a Spanish scale the staff friendliness was acceptable. That attitude does not really reach North American standards.

The hotel was very good value and the staff on reception very helpful. It was a good location for the centre and greatly appreciated the underground parking.

Great place for a Camino stopover
We needed a days rest on the Camino and this hotel provided it superbly. After weeks of hostels it was great to have a deep hot bath. The rooms were large as were the beds. The hotel.itself was also in very good condition. My only adverse comment, and this applies to Leon in general, was the lack of dinner availability pre 9pm.

Not recommended at all
Cleaning ladies super noisy and absolutely annoying. Terrible room with a view to an inside court. No working safety deposit box in the room and no air conditioning on in the hotel. I was told that it was too cold out the last few days!!. Too much noise and aggravation. Rock hard matress. No premium channels or satellite, so I couldn't watch the NBA Finals game. Very upset for all these reasons added. I would love my money back.

Dear Joaquin Sorry suffered enormously events during their stay and that it has not found comfortable in your room. All our rooms features safe and actually do not have air conditioning. Our system is cold floors. Our TV channels are international in several languages. We feel all these problems on your stay We remain at your entire disposal regards Eduardo Barbagelata manager

Comfortable hotel close to centre
A very good hotel close to the centre of Leon about 5 minutes walk from the cathedral. Room spacious with a comfortable bed. Reception was efficient and helpful. There are cafes and restaurants nearby.

Well positioned hotel, good value
The hotel met all our requirements. It was a short walk from the historical centre of this likeable town, the room was clean and entirely adequate, there was secure parking, and the staff were delightful. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, though, and the hotel lacks charm, in an indifferent modern building.

OK for an overnight stay
Perfectly comfortable for one night, not sure I would stay longer. A bit bland and wooden floors and furniture so noisy at times. Air con in our room didn't work, neither did the safe. Good location, close to old town though.

We drove ourselves nuts trying to find the hotel with Google maps and Michelin in central Leon's labyrinthine tangle of one-way streets, and after half an hour finally had to pay a taxi to lead us there. Once there, it was comfortable but quite impersonal. We were very tired so decided we had no energy to venture back out to the cafe neighborhood several blocks away. Instead, at the height of dinner hour we were the sole diners in the hotel's cavernous restaurant, set up for what looked like a large wedding reception or other catered event. It was a little creepy and the food was very, very, very mediocre, but all in all we were satisfied enough for a one night stay. Might look for something a little more atmospheric next time.

Convenient Location for City Centre
Hotel was easy to find (with sat nav) and had garage which avoided any street/public parking. Reception acted as a Tourist Information Office with city centre map and details of restaurants. Rooms were good and public areas appeared to have been refurbished in recent years. Would happily stay there again.

Great hotel
We arrived here on a motorbike and received great service from the staff. I went into the hotel to check in and straight away the receptionist told me we could go and park the bike in the secure underground garage which has direct access to the hotel. Checking in was quick and easy and the receptionist was very helpful. Our room was very clean and comfy. The bathroom was spotless. There is a bar here which we did have a few drinks in and a lovely sun terrace on the roof with views of the cathedral where you can sit out. The room had air con which we needed that night and we both had a great nights sleep. The breakfast had a good choice and was very nice. The hotel is a 5/10 minute walk to the cathedral, shops and bars but at least the hotel is in a peaceful location. The free wifi throughout the hotel is a bonus. Leon is a great place to visit.

Reasonable distance to main points of interest
Leon is magnificent. Do not be put off by unprepossessing approach to Leon by car. The cathedral is magnificent and its museum outstanding. The surrounding streets are interesting and full of excellent little bars and restaurants, other than those on the main square of the cathedral. The hotel is more than fit for purpose and excellent value for money.

Great couple or family place.
Nice hotel for the price. The hotel condtion was very clean. Interior room was very modern and nice. Location is good, although walking by yourself felt a little uncomfortable through parking lot/park behind the cathedral.
