"Room and facilities were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water in bathroom heated quickly and lighting was good for applying makeup. Many options available at breakfast and coffee in room was very good. My only complaint is that the room was very cold when I arrived and had to turn on the heat in order to get it to a reasonable temperature. Hallways were also very cold. For dining I highly recommend Porter Creek Grille just around the corner. Location was very convenient to stores, gas and various shopping."
"We were participating in events for the Fargo Marathon. We choose this hotel because it was one of the cheaper options. However, we would not choose to stay there again. The carpet in the hotel room was damp. We had to keep our shoes on the entire time. The faucet in the bathroom sink wasn't working properly. Everywhere check-out time was listed/posted at 12:00pm. We came back to our hotel room well before noon to get our stuff and we were locked out. The housekeeper helped us get into our room. She said check-out was at 11am so that's why our key was deactivated. I questioned her because on the back of the hotel room door, in front entry way by the desk, on the website it says checkout is at 12pm. She let us in but talked underneath her breath. We had asked for a later check out so we could shower after our races. They said it was completely fine. When checking out, I had to wait a few minutes because the staff member wasn't there. She apologized which I appreciated. (It turned out to be the same person sitting in the room across from our room talking to cleaning staff.)"
"We had an issue with the toilet in our room. Even though the staff member tried to fix it, it did not remedy the issue. When we checked out, I told another staff member that they needed to resolve the problem."
"The property was very clean. Our room had a trundle couch which was especially helpful since we were a group of 5. Breakfast was definitely one of the better continental breakfasts I have had, as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to other guests."
