"The hotel was under renovation at the time of our stay. We could not walk to our room from the hotel lobby inside the hotel. We had to go outside and enter from a parking lot entrance. My only "ugh" moment was having to pay for parking for each night of our stay while the renovations were being completed."

We were polite in asking and said if it didn’t work, we’d be ok with that. Her response was “well, fine but no later than 12:30”. Incredibly unexpected for a Marriott. "
