O estacionamento é apertado, escuro, não tem elevador e o cliente precisa subir e descer uma rampa a pé. Os recepcionistas são grosseiros, sem preparo para lidar com o público, não informam direito...De forma geral o hotel é sujo, elevador imundo, as paderes do quarto muito sujas, assim como as cortinas, o edredon. Não há agua mineral nos quartos ( o mínimo que se pode esperar) e o frigobar não funciona. A porta do banheiro é emperrada e a limpeza do mesmo deixa a desejar.

Péssimo estacionamento.

Estacionamento é horrível. Por volta das 00h00 me ligaram e pediram a chave do carro alegando que precisavam mover o carro para que outro hóspede pudesse estacionar, mas não se responsabilizaram pelo que estava dentro do carro. Então tive que ir mover o carro. Chegando lá, vi que não havia veículo nenhum impedido pelo meu, e então o manobrista explicou que era por precaução. Fui acordado a toa.
