"Staff at check in was incredibly nice and attentive. Room was shown and explanation of access both during daytime hours and after hours (there is a back door to the old town that makes it a snap) was given. Room was cozy, not large, but bathroom was great and amenities were good. Air conditioning worked splendidly. Centrally located right across the street from the Loire River. Our room (#7) had a balcony (shared) with a deck table and chairs. Rooms have a small fridge with “minibar” items. Guests are provided a free bottle of locally sourced spring water. It’s a charming boutique hotel and we would definitely stay here again if need arose!"

"The hotel is in the middle of an Industrial state and the day we stayed a Saturday night everything was closed. The staff were nice enough but not overly helpful or welcoming. It felt to us (we have travelled a lot both for work and holidays) that this hotel was a training hotel for anyone that wanted to enter hospitality. The food was ok but not exceptional. The parking was very easy on the property. It is also a hotel that is used for tour groups because there is a lot to see in the area but nothing within walking distance. The rooms were nice and large but there was not much English on TV except BBC or CNN. Couldn’t change the language even if it was and English show it was in French. It was a convenient stop over for 1 night but would look for something different next time we are in the area."

"Very nice hotel, location is good, very closed to railway station and 12 min walk to the old town. My room , suite, was very comfortable with quiet ,well-working AC. Stuff was very helpful. However, I try to contact with hotel about book a car parking and find out that they not receive any my massages. So if you make a booking through Expedia or Hotel.com your massages probably wouldn’t send to hotel. You should contact directly to the hotel . Fortunately it was a public holiday in France and parking on the street in front of hotel was free. I also want to mention that I forgot my AirPods in the room, they call me a couple of hours later and organised to post it to my address . Impressive!"

"Beautiful garden, decent facilities, we stayed in the annex building. Swimming pool. Walkable to Tours center, the way back is uphill. Good breakfast (French standards). This property can be perfect with additional small touches of service, they provide bathrobes and pool towels and take 150 euro deposit in the check-in desk and then you need to bring it back to the front desk, this is kind of weird. You need to ask for cleaning but putting sign on a door but no one explained about it, as we stayed only 2 nights it wasn’t a problem."

"This is our go-to for travel in and out of Tours since it’s immediately adjacent to the TGV station. It’s always clean and the staff always pleasant. Everyone we have encountered also speaks pretty good English. This is not a fancy-pants hotel with luxe appointments, but always reliable. They have a parking lot and excellent little pates de fruits bonbons at the reception desk."
