The facilities in the chalet and equipments in the apartment are good enough, special mention to the kitchen. The front desk service can be further improved in terms of communication and response time to request of repair work. All bedsheets should be provided before check-in, as the number of guests have already been given to the chalet upon booking. Another thing to mention is some guests were making consistent noises at night. As the front desk closed after 7pm, we had to bear the noises for two nights.

Brilliant
Brilliant, modern, clean and comfortable apartment. Spent a week here for a summer holiday as a family of 3 and was the perfect base for exploring the area. Already pricing to return skiing.

Beautifully appointed property in a quaint village. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Our apartment was on the top floor with great views of Mount Blanc. It was very spacious and comfortable for a family of 5 adults. The swimming pool/spa etc and fitness suite were excellent. Free Chamonix bus stops right outside taking you to all the highlights of the valley. We would definitely go back to stay there.

Fantastic apartment in a great location for ski hire shops, slopes and lifts and a small amount of restaurants and shops. Staff very helpful and courteous. Would recommend for ski holiday

The property itself is amazing. Very new, top class material, nice and helpful. The problem is the location. It is such a shame to not be able to open the windows because of the noise from the motorway nearby. We had once dinner on the balcony (which was amazing and huge for our apartment), we didn’t try twice as the noise was so loud. Noise from the motorway on one side and noice from the cars driving the high street on the other side. I think this issue is true for any accommodation in Les Houches, from what i noticed. This is such a shame because, once again, the chalet itself is amazing.

Great facilities for family to use with the pool and spa available. Easy location for access into Chamonix. In warmer weather it can get very hot inside with no A/C.

Lovely place to stay!
We stayed in Chalets Elena for a week of skiing. It was lovely. Very clean, comfortable and the service was fab. The pool and spa area was also lovely and we used it daily. They also let us have a late checkout which we really appreciated. Would recommend.

Rigtigt flot hotel med gode faciliteter - men hvis i leder efter det fredfyldte sted i bjergene er dette ikke stedet. Vi fik en lejlighed øverst oppe og ud mod en meget trafikeret vej. Da hotellet har metaltag og Inger aircondition blev lejligheden ulidelig varm og eneste mulighed var at sove med åbne vinduer. Pga larmen fra vejen var det meget svært at få ordentlig søvn

Die neue Managerin geht die extrameile an, um die Erwartungen der Gäste zu erfüllen. Die Spa Zone ist ein Vergnügen nach einem Skitag. Auch der Skiraum ist sehr praktisch und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Rymlig lägenhet med fin utsikt, bra spa och pool ( dock lite djup ,135cm i den grunda delen) men det finns en grund plaskpool också, fräscht och rent. Les Houghes är perfekt för familjer, lugnare är Chamonix men det finns restauranger och mataffär och annan service nära. Skidåkningen här är också bättre för familjer, mindre folk och inga vassa armbågar jämfört med Chamonix. Vi åkte sista veckan i januari och det var glest i backarna och inga köer. Sol varje dag.

Nous avons passé un court sejour qui nous abeaucoup plu! L espace piscine et spa apres le ski un vrai bonheur! Gros plus avec le casier à skis qui est tres bien conçu. L appartement est agreable et confortable la literie extra! Seul petit bemol plus de pression à la douche le soir... Sinon je recommande les yeux fermes!

pas les services d'un 4 étoiles du TOUT !!!!
prix exorbitant pour un 4 étoiles !! surtout avec 1 rouleau de papier hygiénique pour 2 personnes pour 2 nuitées, pas de papier sopalin dans le cuisine ! vider les poubelles de tris et autre en quittant l'appartement, pas de communication à l'arrivée sur : la carte du syndicat d'initiative donnant droit à des réduction ??? sur utilisation du chauffage : compliqué ! sur le fait que service à raclette ou fondue se trouve à la reception et que il faut les demander !!!!! surtout quand on ne le sait même pas, piscine avec ouverture limitée : 10h-20h alors que il n'y a aucune surveillance !!! dans le salon : banquette lit en 2 lit une place donc pas pour un couple !!! etc...

הדירה ומיקום הדירה מצויינים!!! הדירה מאוד מושקעת, ויש בה כמעט הכל. אבל יש לציין שאין מזגן, ובימים חמים מאוד לא נעים לשהות בדירה. יש להיות מודעים לכך שהמלון מספק מעט מאוד נייר טואלט, שמפו וסבון אשר יספיקו רק ליום אחד למשפחה, ולא לשהות ארוכה.
