We had a last minute stay at Côte-Ouest due to unforeseen circumstances. The receptionist was very welcoming and showed us around which was helpful. The staff in the bar were attentive and the food was really good. Our room was fine however being on the ground floor we couldn’t leave our patio door open overnight and it was so hot with no air conditioning unfortunately. So as well as being hot the mattress was too hard so our sleep was quite disturbed. That being said, we enjoyed our stay, used the thalasso pool and had drinks on the terrace watching the sun go down. An enjoyable stay in the main.

Une très bonne adresse

Cet établissement est en cours de rénovation et agrandissement ce qui nous a pas apporté de désagrément. Toutes les installations et services proposés nous ont donné satisfaction. Le personnel très aimable est efficace. La vue côté mer est vraiment agréable. L'hôtel est situé à 2,5 km, à pied, du centre des Sables-d'Olonne.

Surprise de taille

Nous avons réservé sans regarder les photos de l'hotel, quand nois sommes arrivés quelle surprise de voir ce decor magnifique et en plus avec les decorations de Noël .Tout est beau dans cet hotel, le personnel est au petit soin, y'a rien à redire juste à vous conseiller d'y aller.

Tres bel hotel bien situé, tres proche de la mer et à proximité du centre-ville, seul bémol l eau de la piscine est trop froide,annoncée à 31° mais l affichage de la température dans le local technique est à 26° et cela gâche le plaisir,dommage.

Tout était parfait ( peut être 1 ou 2 degrés de plus pour la piscine ). J’avais signalé l’anniversaire de la femme de mon ami, ils en ont tenu compte en lui mettant un petit mot avec un cadeau sur le lit.👍 elle était ravie. Menu restaurant et buffet petit dej au top 👌.

Séjour génial. L’accueil charmant, le buffet de fruits de mer est incroyable, le confort des chambres notamment la literie. On a aimé l’accès à l’espace piscine détente… dommage qu’on ne puisse pas en profiter plus longtemps. Notre séjour a été trop court, c’est à refaire. Merci encore

Tout s'est bien passé, malgré les restrictions pour accéder au hamman, au sauna, ou au Jaccuzi, avec une limitation des personnes pouvant y accéder, ce qui ne facilite pas l'utilisation. Sinon l'hotel est agréable et propre. Petite déception au moment du départ, lorsque l'on me demande un supplément de 55 euros pour un lit en plus, alors que j'ai bien fait la réservation pour une chambre de 4 personnes (2 adultes / 2 enfants) a un prix déjà élevé. Pas trop moyen d'expliquer que j'ai bien réservé pour 4, je dois me débrouiller avec Hotels.com
