"Terrible & rude staff that would walk right past you and not acknowledge you at all. Not to mention, they add an automatic 18% gratuity to all drinks and meals, which we wouldn’t mind paying if the staff was friendly or prompt.
The A/C did not work correctly and made e terrible noise all night long. "

"Water was visible. Front desk staff very rude. Lost power and water all day one day and power all day on another day. Air conditioner didn’t work and was told we could get another room so we went to the manager and he gave us a new room with working air. Shower was a very small trickle. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful! The transportation team they set up to pick us up from the airport was amazing. Thomas had the answers to everything and made the whole process smooth.
Overall, the room was nice and clean exactly like the photos. It could use a little paint touch-up here and there, but nothing major.
I was also able to peek into the room next door, and all the units looked lovely!
We will definitely be back. 😊

"Expedia advertised it falsely by stating there was a white Sandy beach and there was not a Sandy beach but 20 minutes away false advertisement. Overpriced. Poor restaurant, food, limited selection, and overpriced."
