"The only bad thing was one thing I don’t like because I was tipping anytime someone did anything for me and that was when we call the front desk for some one to bring us up to the lobby to get a cab THEY NEVER CAME the one time they came was to check out and she said at check in any time we needed a ride up to get a cab they would come get us AND THEY DIDNT"

"This location is pretty great a lot of restaurants are about a 5 minute walk and there’s even a casino for those who are interested. For the price and location it’s definitely worth it. Just be aware of the bar (The greenhouse) next to the pool it is a great bar but sometimes they can get a little aggressive about “tipping” even when you’ve been there everyday during your stay. Other than that the restaurant by the beach is way better (Buccaneer beach bar) friendly staff recognized me everytime I went and they deserved their tips no pressure no bias against Americans like the other place. Other than that hotel is pretty chill the staff were friendly and helpful it also had free parking included. The beach is a quiet chill one and free chairs are included too."

"La estadia fue excepcional y a pesar que no tenian luz, el generador estuvo todo el tiempo funcionando a toda capacidad incluyendo ascensores. El hotel queda cerca de bares, restaurantes y el aeropuerto, para mi proxima vez no dudaria en volverme a quedar en Windward Passage Hotel St.Thomas. Gracias"
