"Our stay was acceptable, a few things that need to be improved in my opinion are with the front desk staff and the pool area. Every time i went to the front desk there was no one there they were always in the back room. As soon as they finished with a guest they immediately went to the back room. The hot tub in the pool was anything but hot, it was barely warm. Our room was nice, but again the water temp could have been a little better. Also fans in the bathroom are needed."
"This place has great culture! We ended up in a middle room so no windows but 2 doors. The kids thought it was great. Super close to the Lift Bridge and the Lake Walk. Great restaurants attached and nearby. Room was HUGE and very clean. "
