"Nice place and nice stay. It is high up so if you plan to walk you will have some uphill climbing. Breakfast was good. Spa hours shorter on weekends so plan accordingly. One issue if you have a room without a terrace it is difficult to get air into the room due to the design of the windows and it can get hot when the sun is on your side of the building."

The rooms beautifully balance modern comfort with timeless craftsmanship , and the facilities — especially the Pürovel Spa — are world-class. "Unser gesamter Aufenthalt im Hotel war angenehm und entspannend. Wir bekamen ein sehr geräumiges und komfortables Zimmer mit Panoramablick auf die Stadt und zwei Balkonen. Das Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was wir brauchten. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die defekte Klimaanlage. Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir von der Rezeptionistin Anastasia herzlich und aufmerksam empfangen, was den Ton für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt vorgab.
