I’ve stayed here a few times, it’s always clean and comfortable with friendly staff. It’s very well situated if you’ve an early flight in the morning.

Very helpful staff with suggestions, knowledge and directions for all of my questions and concerns! The actual property is showing a little age, but is attended to with very clean care, comfortable bedding, linens and supplies. I was provided a kettle as well for my extended stay..very helpful indeed and kindly appreciated!!

The outside of the property was fine. The employees were friendly. The lobby was nice. The room was not great. There was a large hole in the ceiling and looked like it was a tile that could fall at any moment. The bathroom had paper peeling off the wall and seemed a little run down. The TV is the size of a computer screen. It worked for a one night stay but I would not stay there for longer than that.

We hadden een nette, vrij ruime kamer, die bij aankomst een sterke javelgeur had. Zeer goede bedden, ik heb heerlijk geslapen. Hoewel het gelegen is op een snelwegparking heb je totaal geen last van geluidsoverlast. Gratis parkeren naast het hotel, en vlotte verbinding naar Leuven en Gasthuisberg. Het personeel was niet bepaald vriendelijk. Basic ontbijt, helaas waren alle confituursoorten en de choco op en werd het fruitsap na 9 u niet meer aangevuld terwijl je kan ontbijten tot 10 u.

Een prima verblijf gehad. De ontvangals was zeer goed bevalken. Prima de kamers en beden. En mogelijkheden tot ontbijt, ook tevreden over. Wie weet voor een herhaling vatbaar. En parkeergeleid ook goed. En fijn dat we fietsn binnen mogen stallen.

Hygiëne en schoonmaak uitstekend. De mevrouw aan het onthaal was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De heren hadden niet veel te vertellen. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en verzorgd, alleen moet men zeer vroeg gaan ontbijten, wil men uit het hele assortiment kunnen kiezen. Rond het hotel is het vies maar dat ligt niet aan Ibis. Veeleer aan de eetgelegenheden die bij het complex horen.

The front desk staff was great! The location of the Ibis is great. However, I needed to stay at the Ibis Centrum for a conference, and they were able to help me with the change. Very thankful to the lady who helped me with that.

Für eine Nacht ist es OK und das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig direkt an der Autobahn. Wortkarger Check-In ohne Hinweis auf das Frühstücksbuffet, dass wir somit auch nicht im Hotel dazugebucht haben. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in Jahre gekommen.

La cabine de douche de la chambre numéro 18 est en mauvais état, la porte ne ferme pas correctement et est coincé au niveau des charnières, le receveur de douche était bouché lorsque j'ai voulu prendre ma douche j'ai dû le déboucher moi-même pour poursuivre.

Peaceful stay at Ibis Heverlee.

The location of the hotel is serene with basic facilities nearby like a Delhaize Express, gas station, a Starbucks etc. Staff is friendly and the hotel has a 24/7 Reception.

Om net naast een tankstation gelegen te zijn, was er verassend geen geluidsoverlast te ervaren in de kamer (gelijkvloers). Er was enkel shampoo om te gebruiken tijdens het douchen. Het zeeppompje met body and face wash was niet in de douche zelf aanwezig, maar naast de wasbak in de badkamer. Totaal geen ramp, gewoon een opvallende keuze.
