"We loved the hotel. It's only 6 months old, brand new. The lighting in the room we had was not great, the walls were painted black. Great for sleeping however, difficult for make up etc. They advertise that they have free breakfast however it is only an apple, granola bar and yogurt drink. They have delicious coffee! And as much as you want. The hotel is spotless and all the staff were so pleasant and helpful. It is a great location for old Quebec city and many restaurants and shops!"

"Nicely located near the Old Port and shops. Paid parking was very close and convenient. Apartment was clean just very stark and sounds did echo. Beds were comfortable. Of note, there is only one small store with groceries uphill about 1/2 mile away. Also it was inconvenient that all communication was in French. How to pay for additional parking and a guest was not very clear but it all worked out. Very responsive staff and kindly answered my many concerns."

Shirt walk to Terminals 20 and 22 for cruise ships but would not recommend walking from the hotel to Terminal 30 to board a cruise. The hotel is quiet, the bed and room were comfortable."

"Overall, we had a great time at the hotel. The pool was good, it was quiet, steak resto next door was on point, good location, parking (although it is tight), room was clean. But - I'd like to say it was 5/5 except the bathroom was rough - rust, black and red mold in the grout, and caulking, plus a few spores on the wallpaper - likely due to bad ventilation & the cleaners need to use some bleach... Other than the bathroom, good experience. It was livable for the bathroom, but I travel alot - this was the worst I've seen in 3 years of travel."
