"The bed was hard to sleep on. TV signal did not work for reception. The shower curtain needs more length to it to cover from wall to wall at the bottom. The two main hallways were carpeted with carpet squares. Some of the carpet squares need to be replaced. Also, the change in elevation in the main hallway was not marked on the side walls or on the carpet."

"legit my only complaint is that the front desk individual gave my boyfriend directions to my room! I understand it is my boyfriend but from my understanding, he was not on the reservation and an id was not checked before directions were given. this only concerns me because it could have been a completely random man that was lying about being my boyfriend!!! scary that they were quick to tell them what room number i was in instead of calling my room but other than that it was super clean and nice! "

"The breakfast was ok but not a good selection of food to choose from as far as meat. The pool looked dirty and had yellow stains in it and my kids didn’t want to get in due to cracked flooring also. The rooms need to be updated and carpet all over hallway and room need to be cleaned. Paint peeling and stains on furniture in lobby and room. Rooms too small and not enough sitting space."

"AC was loud and took longer to cool. Also next door they have Bar which was quite active and noisy, seems like once bar closes at 2 am all were out in parking lot and partying outside with loud music. Was not able to sleep after 2 am due to outside noise. "

"Cozy hotel. Cozy bar. We sat and talked with bartendeer Jeremy for hours. Totally enjoyed the time. Accomodations were clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was hot and well stocked. We would definitely stay again should we pass through Bloomington. Great pool and hot tub too! Overall very well maintained facility."

"The hotel has been beautifully renovated. Staff were very courteous. Parking ramp is easily accessible by skywalk. The restaurant in the hotel had no coffee for quite some time on Saturday morning, ugh. It would be nice ig the restaurant were open all afternoon. It closes for a couple hours. We did find a great restaurant about a block away for an afternoon snack and libation! It was so nice we went back for dinner the next night! Would stay here again."
