Staff was pleasant and responsive. We enjoyed the breakfast and parking was easy even though the hotel is downhill from the main road and surrounding businesses. We had a few major issues with fixtures and general maintenance. The shower handle was loose and required us to pop the cap off and hold the screw so it could be turned off. A lamp had two flickering bulbs and all of them had cracked or bent shades. Ice bucket was visibly dirty. Priced too high for something in this condition.

Staff was friendly and inviting but was not as clean as desired - felt like I was in someone else's place which was clean enough for them but not me. Would be willing to spend more next time for a potentially cleaner room.

The propery clean and safe. The furnishings are very dated and it seemed we were among the only two or three guests in the whole hotel at the time. That probably is because the time we went in the last week in January was just after a snow storm. The staff went way above and beyond to keep us happy and feeling cared for. Our rooms were cleaned immaculately every day and plenty of fresh towels and linens provided. The water was better pressure and heat than I have ever seen at a hotel. The continental breakfast had eggs biscuits gravy sausage waffel maker, oat meal toast pastry yogurt coffee juice tea milk cereal etc..... Every day the staff would wait for us even if we were runnning late bc we slept in and make sure we got something to eat before going to visit our family and friends.

I didn't even checked in due to my uncle emergency. I didn't get any refunds from Hotel even though there policy was that they will charge only one night if i canceled or no show,but they got all my money and i haven't got any refund. I am not planning to stay there any more in future plus i also think that i should get rid of hotels.com membership if i am not having proper help from to get my refunds

The property was nice. Rooms were clean. Easy check in and out. Friendly staff. Although the pool was an indoor pool the water was pretty cold. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

I was greeted and welcomed immediately as I entered the property. The young man was very professional but kind and personal as well. Check in was completed quickly. My room was very clean and comfortable. Very quite rooms. I never heard any noice or disturbance anywhere on the property. I slept very well in the king bed. I had all the amenities I needed. Appreciate they had a closet to hang my clothes, fridge and microwave. Fresh towels, etc were replenished daily without asking. It's a short drive to restaurants, shopping and downtown Lexington but I enjoyed that the area was not so congested. I had time to start my day at a slower pace. It took about 10 minutes to be in the town areas. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

We signed up for a king bed but were given 2 queens. The tub has a steady stream of water—not just a drip. There is a stale odor to the building. Obviously water damage in the room.

The room was not clean, the curtains did not close on the window. The water dripped from the faucet in the bathroom continuously. The bathtub was dirty. I was very disappointed in this place and will not be back.

The staff were amazing. They were all so friendly and welcoming but the condition of the hotel was very worn. The bathroom particularly was not in great shape. We had a fan in our bathroom that looked like a child installed it. There were screws sticking out of it and it made me wonder what was supposed to go there. The baseboards in the bathroom had some sort of weird residue on them. The beds were comfortable so I had no complaints about the beds. The walls were pretty thin (even for a hotel) so we did hear a lot of noise in the night and morning.

Our first room had a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. There was also a lot of wear and tear on the chair and other furnishings. I asked for a new room the next morning (because of the mold) and thankfully we were put in a new one right away. The breakfast was truly hot (not just continental) and the staff did an excellent job keeping it well stocked. The location was not the best as there was a gentleman’s club right next door. Not exactly family friendly.

The property was clean, though a little dated. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Check-in and out were easy and staff was pleasant. It is next to a gentleman’s club but that was not an issue. It was quiet at night and felt secure in the building. There are several eating options right by the hotel or within a short drive.
