"Things we liked: The temperature control was spot on, and because we kept the fan running, there was no loud sound when it kicked on, which was great! The beds were comfortable. And the staff was helpful and kind. It was also very conveniently located for where we needed to be. Things we didn't care for: The water in our bathroom sink had a sulfur-like smell, which is not great. The hotel felt dated, with lots of bumps and marks on the walls and furniture. The tub wasn't able to fully drain. Also, the clientelle was rough. We observed a girl vaping in the lobby/eating area, and overheard someone yelling at the front office staff about the water in their shower. One of our neighbors kept slamming their hotel door, which was jarring. I wish people were more respectful...the hotel staff has a lot to put up with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope the hotel gets some very needed update."

"Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and give it 5 stars! Check-in was smooth, and the evening front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. They were also able to connect my membership to my reservation with no problem. I chose this hotel partly because of the on-site restaurant and bar. I expected the bar area to have a little more energy, but it was very quiet and somewhat dry and dreary. The TVs also weren't working while we were sitting at the tables for breakfast, which took away from the atmosphere a bit. The room was very clean and organized, especially the bathroom. I loved the showerโgreat water pressure and very clean! The room layout was a little awkward because the desk and chair were so close to the bed that it was hard to walk around when the chair was pulled out. I enjoyed the pool and getting my laps in, and I REALLY appreciated the extended checkout. It allowed me to relax without feeling rushed. The morning front desk service could have been a little warmerโnot rude, just not as pleasant and welcoming as the evening staff. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with just a few small things that could improve the experience. I would stay again!"

"This is my go-to place to stay when I am in Lexington on business or vacation. Convenient location with numerous restaurant options nearby - within walking distance. I very much enjoyed speaking to Charlie, who was the evening office staff. He was enjoyable to speak to and very helpful regarding the community. I will be back. Thank you."
