"Our host was very caring and easy to reach. Excellent property for a short stay in Porto Rotondo. Olbia airport and other towns of Costa Smeralda like Porto Cervo and San Pantaleo are less than 30 minutes by drive. "It was absolutely wonderful! We cannot wait to come back. The Waterfront 2026 opens the middle of June so we missed it. It’s an amazing outdoor space on the water with restaurants and shopping and bars. It’s outstanding! The stores are all high end and right on the property!"

"Our room was lovely, with two balconies overlooking the pool! Fully kitted out with all amenities you'd expect. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, however during checkin the experience faltered a little, with it taking about 30 minutes to tell us our room wasn't ready (no problem with this, but sitting in reception waiting for someone to let us know was much less fun than sitting at the pool would have been!) and then another 30+ mins waiting for our bags to be brought to the room after we were checked in. Minor points overall, and not for a lack of willingness from the staff, but feels like the process could be smoother. Breakfast was sensational, incredible views and wonderful selection. The gym was fantastic and Paolo (? Maybe not the right name, apologies) was brilliant, helped us with our workouts and was incredibly friendly. Would definitely recommend overall!"

"Our bathroom had a terrible stench of drainage each time we ran the water in the sink and the room in general had a strong smell of humidity. Bathroom needs upgrading. Other than that the room was clean. Grounds are lovely and very well kept, breakfast was good and staff were very nice."
