"I paid an extra half a day rate to stay up until 6pm I finally checked out at 7:30pm because I was in holiday and they charged me the whole entire night, terrible service and very hard to speak in English with with the staff. "

The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult. The Wi-Fi connection, however, is very poor. As for breakfast, the establishment should offer more American-style dishes, as the hotel's clientele consists of more than just Chinese guests. Furthermore, it would be necessary to vary the offerings or show a bit more creativity; indeed, if you stay for more than a week, you will end up eating exactly the same thing every morning. Finally, the hotel is truly far from the airport: plan for a travel time of approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes."

"Safe area and very walkable. Excellent restaurants within a 2 block walk in each direction. Big rooms and excellent bathrooms. The only downside is that you have to change elevators to get to the rooms. One elevator wasn't working so there was often a line up and very crowded as there was only a single elevator working to get back to the room."

"Hotel is ok but wifi does not work at all. Also if you use laundry service as for price first. They wanted to charge me crazy money for a few items."

"Property while not new, was still very comfortable. We found our room slightly small, but thats just our preference for rooms on the bigger size. The view was great. Staff was very helpful in all matters. Lobby was outstanding in looks."
