"Als Erwachsene ohne Kinder ist das Zimmer absolut ok. Mit (Klein-)Kind hat es durchaus ein paar Tücken: - es gibt keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zinmer (doof für Babynahrung) - es gibt kein Licht in der Dusche, sobald man den Vorhang zuzieht - die Temperatur der Dusche wechselt ultra schnell von sehr sehr warm zu kalt - Duschwanne ist sehr rutschig - Zimmer lässt sich nicht komplett abdunkeln (doof für etwaigen Mittagsschlaf) - Zimmer ist nachts sehr hellhörig. Man hört Tische und Stühle rücken...

"Nice place and nice stay. It is high up so if you plan to walk you will have some uphill climbing. Breakfast was good. Spa hours shorter on weekends so plan accordingly. One issue if you have a room without a terrace it is difficult to get air into the room due to the design of the windows and it can get hot when the sun is on your side of the building."

Miss Eva extremely helpful and nice, this lady is there from very early until the night, she is the heart of the hotel. The only negative thing is the size of the sauna, only for 2 , it is located together with small pool and shower and it is not practical. To sauna you go no swimsuit than you shower but shower are together with swimming pool, so dressing back and forth and switching to sauna is not practical. Small...

"Hotel romance was a wonderful place to stay in Karlovy Vary. It was a little difficult to get there from the train station as you had to take a bus and then walk down to the hotel. Apple Maps gave us the wrong directions, and we climbed a huge set of stairs and then walk down the street to the same place. However, after getting their list, app could not have been nicer. The breakfast food was delicious and I had a wonderful massage."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here."

"Great property. Beautiful exterior. Lovely dining hall. Rooms were spacious and clean. Reception was friendly and helpful. Very close to the bus and train stations and walkable to rest of Karlovy Vary. I would definitely stay here again."
