The room was not clean-clean by any standards. There were questionable stains on boxspring cover. The full length mirror was very dirty. There was also toilet paper (unused, I hope) on the bathroom floor when we checked into the room. The mints, face wipes, shampoo, and conditioner were literally thrown on the counter. It is quite run down. Checking out; it was very young people working and cleaning the rooms. The “breakfast” left a lot to be desired. The property needs a lot of work and updating.

We stayed 1 night, the place is dated and tired but clean. The bed and shower were good. However, there was no drinking water due to recent flooding so there was no coffee at breakfast. It wouldnt have been hard to supply bottled water for the coffee, and maybe a complimentary bottle for the room. We've stayed at 7 other hotels on this trip and this was by far the worst value for money.

This is an excellent budget hotel. It's not fancy but you can tell the owners and employees take pride in the place. Everything was clean, breakfast was simple but perfect for our needs. There is also a kitchen that guests can use to prepare food. Shadow, the hotel owners dog was adorable and a special treat to pet on the way in and out. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient.

I was asked to pay extra $15, for my baby. I booked king bed since my husband, me and our baby sleep in one bed. The stuff said that Thor policy do not allow 3 people to stay in king suit, and moved us to two queen beds, and charged $15 extra… for this price I would’ve chosen different hotel…

Found an old yellow fingernail on top of the covers after I had climbed into bed. The cover on the box spring was filthy with dirt and stains that were from either spills or pet urine. Dust around the edges of the room so proper vacuuming isn't happening. However, the employee was very nice about giving me a refund.

Our stay at the Country Inn

The picture on Hotels.com is not near the hotel. We are older and requested a ground floor room when we booked. Richard at the front desk was rather rude to my wife when we checked in and did not acknowledge our request. Our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. The room was clean and pretty comfortable. I was convenient to some good restaurants.

Grew up in Libby, support local. Price gouge between the two hotels is unbelievable. Checked into a dirty room, no working lights, everything unplugged, tv unplugged and remote batteries missing. Changed rooms as the tv area had cookie crumbs everywhere. New room smelled of weed and everything unplugged. Dirty dive for $180. Will never stay again.
