"The room and property were clean. My room had a couple of minor maintenance issues in the bathroom and refrigerator. The bathroom door knob was pretty loose and the toilet was also loose, no water or smell from that. The refrigerator temperature dial was lying on the shelf in the fridge and appeared to be broken. It did keep a cold temperature."

"The Troy motel was alright to stay at, but they could use an upgrade for some new stuff and new property upgrades. Theyโ€™ve been the same way since I can remember. But it is good to save money on a place to stay, since theyโ€™re so basic the customers donโ€™t pay that much."
