We love staying at this hotel, but this time TV did not work and no one fixed it or changed during our stay of 4 days. The maintenance guy came fairly quickly. Said he'd have to exchange the tv and we never heard back. There was also no rooms to change it to. Otherwise, the service was great.

Over sll a good stay - bthroom a bit tiny & bed a bit low - could use a pillow-topper. But spacious room with kitchenette area
