"When we checked in, we could not understand the desk manager as to where he was directing us, & he gave us the room EXACTLY above the lobby & common area. (I made this reservation weeks ago, so this cannot have been the ONLY room that was available when we checked in that afternoon!) Needless to say, we got very little sleep with the "party" continuing to go on & on in that same common area/lobby until the early morning hours! That was absolutely ridiculous; they should have put them in a conference room or even the pool area so that people could sleep! We had the TV so loud to try to drown out their noise, but that didn't seem to help much. The breakfast was disgusting. Choices were very limited, or the hot choices were cold & had no flavor. AND these same loud people were ALL OVER the lobby area for breakfast taking up all of the seats, chairs, tables so the rest of the patrons had no place to sit. Even after we found a corner in which to try a few things at breakfast & drink some juice and checked out of this horrible place to stay, these rude people were all STILL there being extremely obnoxious. I would not ever recommend this establishment to anyone. Get some staff who speak English with a backbone to "shut up" patrons who are that rude at a place that is for travelers - these people should have been sent to a bar instead where they could have been as loud as they wanted without disturbing all the other guests. Don't stay here!!!"

"Everything was great. I wish the breakfast would have been better. And that the shower/tub in my room would have had more pressure and not so hard to get a good temperature. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold. "

"This is a nice $80 hotel. Unfortunately I paid $160. The hotel is clean. Comfortable and relatively quiet. Breakfast was terrible. I arrived 1 hour after it began and everything was gone, including hot water for oatmeal. Plan on eating at a restaurant The fitness center is the same room as the laundry; the treadmill blocks the washer. The good news is you can get your cardio as you fluff and fold. Still waiting on my folio 24 hours after checkout as there were no employees on property when I left at 8am "

"none of the pictures on this site is real or accurate. they are air brush or straight up a different hotel! room was dirty, hair in the fridge, sheets dirty, the bathroom had goo coming out the walls, ripped carpet and the windows would not lock, not safe at all. we cancelled our and left! "
