Nous avons trouvé des fourmis dans la chambre, la piscine avec de l'eau sale, le lundi nous n'avons pas pu prendre un bain, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit déjeuner servi seulement jusqu'à 9h30. "Hotel Hibiscus à Libreville, Gabon, est un bijou ! Niché près des bars et restaurants populaires dans les quartiers Louis et Bord de Mer, c'est super pratique pour les livraisons de nourriture et les taxis. Tout le monde sait où c'est ! La piscine est géniale, bien que les week-ends puissent devenir un peu animés avec les enfants qui éclaboussent.
L'hôtel pourrait vraiment utiliser plus d'ascenseurs (il n'y en a qu'un !) et une mise à jour des télévisions dans les chambres ; quelques rénovations cosmétiques ne feraient pas de mal non plus. Mais ce qui rend cet endroit spécial, c'est le personnel. Du concierge sympathique à l'équipe de nettoyage dévouée et aux voituriers, ils font vraiment tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Un clin d'œil au responsable de la comptabilité de nuit, aussi. ils ont été incroyablement utiles lors de mes visites. C’est cette ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante qui me fait revenir !"
