"The day before ous stay we were informed that they had no room for us the first day. The alternative they offered was not an option in any way. The staff at the hotel was most friendly, but how this was managed is not nice on a planned vacation. "A good one night stay. Very close to the train station so handy for onward travel. Breakfast was quite limited, but apart from that our stay was perfectly fine"

"We arrived early and were offered use of the pool, changing room and lunch. Our room was ideal, and well fitted (although no kettle, available on request). It was nice and quiet, both by the pool and in the room, and an easy 5 minute walk to the beachfront with cafes, bars and shops. We had a car and parking was easy, so it made this hotel an ideal base to explore the Salento area and Gallipoli. All the staff were friendly, both on the desk and at breakfast which was a buffet style with some hot options. On departure we were again offered an room extension, use of the pool all day and the Spa to freshen up. All in all could not be faulted."

"There is no bar or restaurant on the property, the rooftop breakfast was not good at all and it isnt open for lunch or dinner and serves nothing but a breakfast which was to be honest very disappointing. The bar is all set up, but its not open. I dont know if they set up things just to get a 4 star status, and then just shut them down. All in all this hotel is excellent if you just want a clean place to sleep, but far from 4 star property. Its actually a 3 star max. It has a lot of potential, but its been mis managed. Staff is great. But you can just choose a 3 star place and youd get better value for money"
