"Everything was great except the shower/tub combo in room 101. It’s dangerous to climb up & down steps to step down into or up out of the tub. Also, the shower head is way too low. Other than that, it’s a great place to visit Newport! We will be back!"

"Restaurant was closed. Pool was closed. Dirty, unmaintained stairs, elevator. Shower/bath: mold in corners poorly covered by caulking. Allowed a loud party in one of the upstairs rooms to go on until 11:30. Called front desk to report, no one would answer. Only thing average or above was the ground's landscaping. Would not stay here again."

"My husband and I stayed for the weekend and stayed in room 6. It was absolutely beautiful, clean, and quiet. The service was outstanding and the ocean views are breathtaking. "

"Great location to restaurants, walking distance to Lido Isle. Lots of parking, wifi worked well, beds comfortable & would stay here again. Pool area small but was great for our needs & was quiet in early March. Free breakfast pretty good!"

"I won’t leave a super long and detailed review, but it was one of the best stays that we’ve had in a hotel in my entire life to be honest. The staff is all really young and with that USUALLY comes inexperience, but this staff went far beyond expectations and would be something you would see at a Four Seasons. They were courteous, engaging, talkative, empowered, and did what was right for the guest at all times. We had a smaller room, but the decor was nice, the toiletries were amazing, and the small touches like the beach basket and the cooler in the room were next level. If you have a chance to stay, I would recommend without a doubt. It is our go to hotel. I’m moving forward if we come back to this area."
