"Good communication and 15 minute walk to old town. Very comfortable bed. Didn’t state there was a washing machine which I was very pleased about when I arrived! Cutlery and pans weren’t 100% clean and there is a chopping knife for food missing but apart from that, great little place. Early check out at 9:30 but the host allowed me to stay until 10:00."
"The room was clean and nice, bed was OK, but you share a bathroom with 5 other rooms and it seemed like it was always busy when I needed it. Parking not easy, but not impossible. Service was terrible. There is no automatic cleaning or replacement of linens you have to ask in writing, and it can only happen in the morning. The cleaning lady was INCREDIBLY rude. A smile or hello goes a long ways, but this woman seemed incapable of that."

"The hotel is stunning! The staff were all very lovely. We dined in the restaurant for dinner and it was incredible! Very reasonably priced and the buffet breakfast was top notch! "
"The hotel is very close to the Bari airport which is very convenient. They had a free shuttle to the airport which was a bonus. We did a couples massage at the spa which was great and relaxing."
"We had not received any communication from the property until the morning we flew to Bari. Not knowing whether we had antwhere to stay that night, we booked another accommodation.
The property owners said that not confirming details until their guests had begun their journey was perfectly acceptable and refused to refund any money.
It subsequently came to light that the contact details they had lodged with Expedia were wrong so we were unable to contact them by phone or email.
Not entirely their fault because Expedia should have made sure the contact details were correct but that is something the property owners and expedia should sort out between them. In the end we were the ones to made to suffer by ending up having to book a second accommodation with no refund given for circumstances which were not our fault.
Can't comment on the quality of the property because we never saw it but communication and customer care were atrocious. Book somewhere else if you want to be sure you have somewhere to stay before you travel."
"Communication regarding check in was difficult as there was no response using the Expedia messaging system. We ended up having to find the website and using WhatsApp to contact them regarding check in information. This resulted in a lot of unnecessary stress.
Once we had checked in using the electronic key we contacted them again regarding the key code provided not working to retrieve the backup physical keys in case the electronic key failed from the lock box but were told it was an issue with how we were using the lockbox and not an issue with the code. At 2 am other guests who were provided our key code by the hotel entered the apartment while we were sleeping. Not a good experience.
This is quite unfortunate as the apartment itself was quite nice and well appointed but the communication and safety issues makes me not recommend this stay. "
"We found our home in Bari for 4 nights. We chose this apartment to be around the local community. We found it safe, authentic and unpretentious.
The apartment is safe . The door is too safe and it required skill and patience to open it. Really triple locked. Do not be turned off the inside has great amenities hot water , good water pressure for showering, aircon( we did not use) temp was comfy without, microwave we did not use, oven and stove fridge, lots of towels, crib, high chair sofa that turns into queen and queen sized bed.
A great pizza place with a few steps that open 6 pm 12, groceries around the corner, bakery and q great coffee shop. Bari old town is 20 minutes comfortable walking from the apartment.
The manager will contact you for the key door code one day before you arrive so do not panic. The key box is just located outside the right side of the entrance door.
If you are like us who prefers authentic local flare, clean and reliable accommodation this is it! It has a wifi too. We love it."
