"Lovely hotel in the best spot in Bari, clean and quite, walk to everything."

"Property is ok, little outdated needs refreshing. The pool was subpar, water was hot and pumps didn’t seem like they were working to recycle the water. Honestly water was as hot as outside and we were charged for towels????? Coffee and drinks were a little overpriced and not to satisfaction. Personnel were very helpful and pleasant. "

"Great location with easy mobility around the city. Needs to have better, clear instructions on how to access the inside of the building and rooms. My husband said that the bedroom rug was dirty. Overall 8/10."

"The room was clean and nice, bed was OK, but you share a bathroom with 5 other rooms and it seemed like it was always busy when I needed it. Parking not easy, but not impossible. Service was terrible. There is no automatic cleaning or replacement of linens you have to ask in writing, and it can only happen in the morning. The cleaning lady was INCREDIBLY rude. A smile or hello goes a long ways, but this woman seemed incapable of that."

Excellence in Bari

"Thank you for a wonderful stay in Bari. Really easy to find, across the road from the rear entrance of Bari Centrale station, just past Lidl. The room was clean and tidy, with comfy bed, fully functioning A/C, and a very handy fridge and kettle. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of hot and cold options, sweet & savoury, and great coffee. Some nice touches, such as a welcome drink and nibbles in the bar on the first evening. Also a free to use coffee machine and other drinks available in the bar area during the day. The hotel was a perfect base for exploring other parts of Puglia by train.... Monopoli, Polignano, Ostuni, Lecce, Locorotondo, Alberobello, and Matera. And of course, Bari itself, especially the old town and harbour. "

"We had not received any communication from the property until the morning we flew to Bari. Not knowing whether we had antwhere to stay that night, we booked another accommodation. The property owners said that not confirming details until their guests had begun their journey was perfectly acceptable and refused to refund any money. It subsequently came to light that the contact details they had lodged with Expedia were wrong so we were unable to contact them by phone or email. Not entirely their fault because Expedia should have made sure the contact details were correct but that is something the property owners and expedia should sort out between them. In the end we were the ones to made to suffer by ending up having to book a second accommodation with no refund given for circumstances which were not our fault. Can't comment on the quality of the property because we never saw it but communication and customer care were atrocious. Book somewhere else if you want to be sure you have somewhere to stay before you travel."

"We found our home in Bari for 4 nights. We chose this apartment to be around the local community. We found it safe, authentic and unpretentious. The apartment is safe . The door is too safe and it required skill and patience to open it. Really triple locked. Do not be turned off the inside has great amenities hot water , good water pressure for showering, aircon( we did not use) temp was comfy without, microwave we did not use, oven and stove fridge, lots of towels, crib, high chair sofa that turns into queen and queen sized bed. A great pizza place with a few steps that open 6 pm 12, groceries around the corner, bakery and q great coffee shop. Bari old town is 20 minutes comfortable walking from the apartment. The manager will contact you for the key door code one day before you arrive so do not panic. The key box is just located outside the right side of the entrance door. If you are like us who prefers authentic local flare, clean and reliable accommodation this is it! It has a wifi too. We love it."
