"This is an excellent small hotel where we have stayed several times over many years. It seems to get better each time! The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful; the hotel is clean and well maintained; the breakfast and other food is high quality and with good choices. The ambiance of the hotel has an attractive attractive local aspect."

"The only positive points were the access to the sauna and swimming pool. The rest: avoid it! Very old and uncomfortable beds and pillows. No A/C or Fan and the rooms are massively hot and humid: inferno style. Our room was besides the fitness room: we had fun all afternoon and until 10pm. "

"Die Klospülung lief durchgehend, der Henkel des Seifenspenders war abgebrochen und die ältere Dame an der Rezeption hat ihren Job leider verfehlt... das Frühstück war für 15€ wirklich unterirdisch, hier ruht man sich darauf aus, dass man einen See hinter dem Hotel hat aber Service und Ambiente ist für eine Nacht vielleicht ok, für mehrere Nächte würde ich dieses Hotel definitiv nicht empfehlen. "Lovely, lovely. The proprietors and cook are friendly and considerate. There are many interesting features in the home, its decor, and the gardens. Our room (the Belvedere) was spacious—bedroom with sitting area, bathroom, living room with sitting area. The delicious breakfast was multiple courses and served on authentic heirloom quality dishes. The surrounding village, forest, and lakes are beautiful. A magical stay."
