We went to desk to changed rooms and he said the hot water was working and no need to change. Than at 1am someone was trying to get into our room. Desk called and said we were in wrong room. Then we explained that he told us not to change rooms. We had to be up by 4 to get ready for our 6:30 flight. We were beyond exhausted!"
