Being desabled, having asked for accessibility, when we arrived, we discovered other people in the appart we were to stay in! We were sent to another building And to a third storey hagh appart, no lift! Which obviously had not been refreshed for our stay.Didn'enjoy at all having to climb big steps to reach the appart.

Je demande à l'employé à l'accueil d'activer le chauffage. A l'arrivée les radiateutmrs sont froids et n'ont jamais fonctionnés malgré un coup de téléphone où on me tépond que le technicien passera demain.
