"The place is pretty basic but has a rustic feel about it. Bring your own honey or jam for the morning as they down’s supply it. Also you have to pay for coffee even when breakfast is included. At my level of room the washrooms were quite a distance from the room and needed an upgrade. However, if you like the rustic, village type, and want to make your own breakfast then this is the place. "

"This hotel was honestly one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were incredible ,every single one of them. They could not do enough to help us. The breakfast was out of this world - so much to choose from, including European and Vietnamese dishes. All so so tasty. The pool on the roof and the bar area were fantastic. Very relaxed. The spa treatment waas great. The hotel is in the old quarter so a little away from the hustle and bustle but still only a 20 min walk into Old Town. It is very reasonably priced. We would go back in a heartbeat."

"I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel, and everything exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, elegant, comfortable, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. What impressed me most, however, was the level of service. Every member of the staff I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They were always ready to help, but never in an overly formal or intrusive way. It felt as though they really cared about making sure every guest had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall quality of the facilities was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and I was able to relax completely after a long day. Breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of choices and very attentive service. The location was very convenient as well, making it easy to get around the city while still being able to return to a calm and comfortable hotel at the end of the day. What really sets this hotel apart is the combination of its facilities, atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality. There are many good hotels, but it is the people and the attention to detail that make a stay truly memorable, and Mövenpick certainly delivered on both. I genuinely cannot think of anything I would have wanted to be different. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant."
